Foothills Book Fest returns to Jasper, Alabama on October 10 for our FOURTH year - and admission is completely FREE.

Held each year on the second Saturday of October at the Jasper Civic Center, Foothills Book Fest brings together authors, readers and bookish vendors for a full day celebrating stories of every genre.

Guests can expect:

From fantasy and romance to thrillers, children's books, nonfiction and more, there's something for every kind of reader.

Foothills Book Fest began as the Sumiton Book Fest in Sumiton, Alabama before relocating to Jasper, where the festival continues to grow its community of readers, authors and book lovers from across Alabama and beyond.
